The Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) is an internationally recognized industry certification, since 1948, offered in partnership with the American Society for Transportation and Logistics (ASTL). Our instructor led program is taught by highly regarded industry professionals with more than 75 combined years of hands on experience.

The classroom experience offers tremendous opportunities for both the individual and those that are attending from a company. Students will learn to identify best practices in costing and pricing, how to reduce costs, apply strategies that will increase productivity, network with other industry professionals, make lifelong connections that may be utilized down your career path and much, much more.

Upon the successful completion of the program, participants will earn their CTL designation. Graduates of this ASTL sponsored program waive the certification exam requirement.


Who Should Attend

There are many positions in the transportation and logistics industry that would benefit from attending and acquiring their CTL designation. Program graduates in the field titles include: President, Vice President of Purchasing, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, Warehouse Clerk, Transportation Director, Colonel, Commercial Finance Manager, Distribution Coordinator just to name a few.

Certification Eligibility Requirements

Those seeking certification should have at minimum a four year degree and/or three years of full time experience in the field of transportation and logistics. Qualified individuals with appropriate experience in a related field, unemployed or underemployed are also eligible.

The modules we offer satisfy the academic requirement portion to achieve your CTL certification. To receive and uphold your certification from ASTL, you must maintain a yearly membership. A one year membership is included with your program cost. It is your responsibility each year after that to retain your CTL certification.

Tuition

The $4,995 tuition includes all course handouts and one year membership fees for American Society for Transportation and Logistics (ASTL). Textbooks are not included.
