My entire experience thus far with this company has been truly wonderful. I’m using Varsity Tutors to learn German in order to reach a fluency level acceptable to get into a German graduate program. The first person I talked to didn’t pressure me at all and made sure to give me all the information I could need and answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeably. I've had several sessions with my tutor now and she’s been awesome by demonstrating patience with me when I’m confused, utilizing time effectively since I got the package that has only one meeting a week, and truly understanding my long-term goals and creating a plan to make sure I achieve them! What I also like about the company is that if I didn’t like my tutor, I could easily request a new one, and do so until I find someone I click with! This company is all encompassing and knows what they’re doing! They’re worth it

The staff is excellent. My daughter is in 10th grade and needed help w/ Algebra 2 Honors. Varsity Tutors paired her up within 2 days. My daughter took an assessment evaluation l, the staff asked me questions about her needs and we were assigned a tutor. The tutor was pair to help her with both Algebra, Chemistry and then we found out he is qualified to help her in 10th grade Honors English.

He has had excellent availability around my daughter's schedule. I have been able to watch the videos of the tutor sessions and I was impressed with his style of making my daughter figure out the questions with giving her the answers. Varsity Tutors has review courses for ACT, SAT as well. They held a proctored ACT. They have study halls for specific subjects as well. It Rx is definitely worth the price.

My child was told in second grade that she will fail 3rd grade, by her teacher several times. This broke my heart but also made her and I determined to prove him wrong! When I initially called in I was in tears, the agent was very patient and consoling. We signed my daughter up for Math and English tutoring. She was struggling with reading which affected her math. Her tutor Bianca is amazing! She always asks about my daughter's day, it’s as if they are best friends. She has the most patience with her but also can read how my daughter is feeling throughout the class and makes adjustments when needed.

My daughter's grades and confidence has improved since she has started tutoring. My daughter always looks forward to meeting with Mrs Bianca and can’t wait to show her any and all new things or tricks she is doing. Also with Varsity being remote has been very convenient for our busy lifestyle. This was the best thing we could have done for her! No regrets!!

I love Varsity Tutors. I talked to them frequently before deciding to use their services. I had a lot of questions and they were both patient and knowledgeable. Once I decided to join, they selected a tutor that would fit my daughter's needs best. I was able to communicate directly with the tutor to choose a schedule that worked for us. When our scheduling needs changed, she was able to accommodate and help us come up with a new schedule.

As for our tutor, I could not imagine a more impressive resume for this woman. I am grateful that she chooses to use her immense skills to tutor kids. My daughter loves working with her, as she makes the learning feel natural and not like "more work." My daughter is receiving tutoring in a subject that is not provided at her school, so her tutor-time *is* extra work, but you'd never know it. My daughter enjoys talking to our tutor who even helps incorporate other subjects into the tutoring. I am beyond impressed with Varsity Tutors and recommend them to others without any hesitation. I can't imagine a better tutoring service.

I just purchased 4 hr monthy 1:1 tutoring per month subscription yesterday and already extremely satisfied. Haven't attended a class or had a tutor session yet but blown away by their customer service and quality of classes offered. I've called 4 times since I enrolled yesterday, spoke to 3 different service reps and ALL 3 were knowledgeable about the product and my specific subscription plan. They were POLITE, spoke intelligible English and didn't rush me off the call or use prewritten fake scripts. WOW! When does that ever happen anymore. A live person answered the phone, no voicemail messages, didn't have communicate through automated chat or a string of emails. I am so impressed.

My subscription includes unlimited classes for all members of our family, after browsing classes offered I realized what a great value my subscription is. High quality courses such as Minecraft and Roblox coding and many more. Found classes for all members of our family. Have already taken grade assessment test for my son. Hopefully the tutoring and class experiences will live up to our customer experience so far. I highly recommend.

Signed my son up for tutoring because he was struggling to keep up in class and it was effecting his self esteem. He began to act up and get in quite a bit of trouble. It was super frustrating for both of us. Varsity found a tutor that was a great match for him and as. Diligently working with my son to help him improve in the subjects he’s struggling on. We haven’t been using Varsity for very long but I already see a positive shift in his confidence and his attitude. I’m not getting calls from the school and I’m really happy overall with the program. It’s affordable and worth the money to help him distress his little mind and build his confidence. 10/10 would recommend!

I ran across Varsity Tutoring while looking for some quick tutoring for my granddaughter before she took the ACT. I told them that she had about a month before the test and I just wanted some one-on-one help and tips before the test. I did not want something long term and he agreed that they could help. I was promised 4 one-on-one sessions and group tutoring. I only got 1 one-on-one session with them because the tutor never showed up and then when they told me to go to the emergency tutors, they did not know what to do.

They were supposed to test to determine what my granddaughter needed but never worked with her on anything from the test and the tutors were lost and also very hard to understand. One even told me a website to visit to get help after speaking with me for about 5 minutes. Varsity Tutoring had the nerve to charge me for another month after I told them I just wanted quick tutoring for a month. Don't waste your money on Varsity Tutoring. It's a rip-off.

I have been extremely pleased using Varsity Tutors for my second grader. From the consultation I knew I was in the right place. My consultant was excellent at analyzing what resources were best for my child and finding a tutor that is a great fit. My child loves her tutor-we have had in person tutoring in the past and she has NEVER been excited to participate. It's completely different-she enjoys learning with our tutor and does not dread her time. I also love that there are libraries of other resources and additional classes that come along with our membership.

Vandini from Varsity Tutors continues to do an outstanding job helping my middle-schooler with math. As his confidence and knowledge grow his performance improves. Vandini's approach is patient and effective. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with helping their child academically. My son never complains or resists attending his sessions and they are very accommodating as far as scheduling and flexibility.
